Earlier known as Blair Athol, the Wallwood Garden mansion was built around 100 years ago by a Scottish Major General. This heritage hotel is a two hours drive from Coimbatore and is surrounded by lush green tea plantations. If you want to revel in nature's beauty and relax like never before, Wallwood Garden is the place for you.
Accessibility :
By Car - the journey is approximately 2 hours. There are two other options i.e., First option is that we can travel upto Mettupalayam by Train and then pick up the guests ITom there. Alternatively there is a Blue mountain express which shuttles between Mettupalayam and Conoor. From Conoor railway station we have to pickup the guest to our Hotel .
Accommodation at Hotel Wallwood Garden, Coonoor :
The Wallwood Garden has six beautifully decorated suites that have been named after different types of trees. The rooms are equipped with all modern amenities.
Dining at Hotel Wallwood Garden, Coonoor :
Fixed menus are offered at the rate of Rs 350 for lunch and dinner. There are no charges for children below 4 years and half rates apply for children below 10 years of age.
